Challenge

Simplifying Event Discovery. The main challenges included stabilizing and improving processes in legacy software solutions, resolving issues in the backend infrastructure, and modernizing a key business tool by developing a new access control application with potential for other user roles.

Technical Improvements and Innovative Development. The team, composed of a Project Manager and developers, implemented improvements to the existing software and optimized the backend infrastructure. In parallel, it developed a new access control application, designed to be modern, scalable and adaptable to future needs.
