We formed a strong team that worked on developing a quality system designed to improve operational efficiency and ensure ease of use and interoperability with other systems. Challenge

Logistics Optimization in Limited Time. The main challenge was to develop a quality system within a limited time frame. In addition, we sought to ensure the system's ease of use, its ability to integrate with other existing systems, and the incorporation of significant improvements in logistics management.

Solution

Collaborative Development and Continuous Delivery. The team, composed of a Product Owner, a Project Manager and two developers, maintained close collaboration and constant communication with the Product Owner to validate key functionalities. Continuous delivery of changes was implemented, and rapid action on changes was prioritized to maintain the pace of the project.

We create a complete logistics ecosystem, covering all processes from the sale to the product arriving at the door. It has integrations to all the most used ecommerce systems, and its three types of users, whether they are virtual stores or sellers, logistics operators or deliverers, have specific tools to optimize their business from the first moment.
