Challenge

The challenge was twofold: to develop a comprehensive application that would not only allow Gestión Post to manage its shipments efficiently, but also offer end users the ability to create shipments on their own. To meet this challenge, the team, composed of a Project Manager and two developers, set about the task of simultaneously developing the APP, the API and BACKOFFICE. The strategy was clear: quickly implement a version that would optimize the client's day-to-day operations, and then focus on maintenance and implementing continuous improvements based on the client's specific requirements.

Solution

The result was an application that became the core of Gestión Post's business. At the technological level, the project not only enhanced the team's expertise in logistics, but also deepened its knowledge of industry-specific tools and integrations. At the business level, Gestión Post benefited from a robust and flexible tool, designed to adapt and evolve according to market and user needs.
