Our specific challenge was to continue the frontend development of their mobile app, a crucial component to make GoodDollar accessible to users around the world.

Effective Communication and Agile Management. To overcome this challenge, our team, composed exclusively of mobile developers, focused on effective daily communication through Slack and agile project management through GitHub. This strategy allowed us to stay aligned with project goals, facilitating rapid iteration and adaptation to emerging challenges.
