Challenge

Tu Shopper emerged as a revolutionary solution in the logistics sector, with the ambitious goal of optimizing the product picking process for customers. The main challenge was to achieve a smooth and efficient integration with customers' existing systems, ensuring technical compatibility, ease of use and interoperability. The goal was to develop robust and adaptable integrations that would enable seamless collaboration, significantly improving user experience and operational efficiency.

Solution

To address this challenge, the Tu Shopper team, composed of a designer, a Product Owner/Project Manager, a backend developer and a frontend developer specialized in mobile applications, adopted agile methodologies. This approach allowed for iterative and flexible progress, culminating in the development of key functionalities and extensive testing. Subsequently, the focus shifted to supporting integrated customers, adapting to their needs and troubleshooting during implementation and ongoing use of the application. This dynamic approach facilitated the constant evolution of Tu Shopper, incorporating improvements and new features based on customer feedback.
