Challenge

Door-to-Door Delivery in 3 Hours. The main challenge was to develop a mobile application from scratch that would meet Ues' rigorous business requirements, ensuring a seamless integration with the backend provided by the client and offering an optimal user experience.

Solution

Agile Development and Effective Collaboration. The team, consisting of a lead, mobile developers and UX/UI specialists, used React Native to develop the mobile app. Working closely with the client's backend team, they implemented agile practices to ensure rapid delivery and continuous product iteration.
